I'll assume Ugurz is who Kenzu was referring to when he mentioned the most-hated-scout. If not, here is my two cents anyway.
I do not love the changes but I decided to try and adjust and not whine. There you have it.

Alternate idea ... run a 2nd instance of Mume on a server in the USA. I know that wont help the Aussies, etc. but if the entire player-base is just over 50% American, it would be a nice solution.
Players could have part/all their account ported to the new USA server.

Trust me Relim, I don't think there is a problem with scouts currently but the warrior-loving, scout-hating players obviously have Ilie's ear right now.
