Cannot log into the game now??

hey guys
i know you guys moved the server and all that. maybe its my computer. i just bought a new dell with windows vista and im running firefox as a browser. I am unable to conect to mume. i am just wondering why that is and how to fix it? im not a computer wiz or anything. thanks in advance for any help

Do you use powtty? Do you use Mapper :p?
If you use powtty just create new session with this configuration :
*local host: fire.heig-vd.ch
*Port: 23

I'm facing the same problem. I use Vista and log on via Java. However the Java applet on the MUME webpage still points to the old .pvv address. Can anyone help?

Flin, I reported the issue with the Java applet to an Arata, hopefully it'll get fixed.
However, I would encourage you to try out a client for playing MUME.
There's lots of different clients available.. powtty, jmc, powwow... make your pick!

Ha! I was quicker with the reporting.
And it also (just) got fixed by Mint.

You sure about that? I told this to Mint like 30 minutes before I posted it here. At least then he wasn't even aware of this possibilitity.

It probably shows up as that only because of some as-of-yet undiscovered bug and in reality I still rule! *nod self*
