Not sure if it is an orc mob, more like a strange creature, but like 8 years ago ppl used to say it was gollum.

It is located at the east side of the river inside crackedwall.

Given that there's more than one mob in MUME that could be interpreted as being the Gollum, then I think it's fair to say that the addition of these mobs in mume is at least partly motivated by an attempt to deliberately obfuscate which one, or whether any of them at all, is the Gollum.
