Train System

Hey, I have a question about the current train system. Anyone know if the effects of the train system are retained after rerolling a character? (I.e. making a character, training certain stats, then rerolling)

Spontaneously i would say they are reset, I've had multiple opportunities to check but i've forgotten. I got this feeling though that
they were reset

Tested it in testmud, it doesn't.

If the TestBot resets the effects of training or not says nothing about how it would be if you did a normal reroll after being retired, which I am fairly certain will reset the effects from training stats.
