Irritation due to code involving repeated deaths

!#>pray vale
You kneel down and try to hear the Ainulindalë.
!#>
The Ainulindalë whispers to you 'Your physical wounds may have healed, but'
!#>
The Ainulindalë whispers to you 'your judgement appears to be impaired. You'
!#>
The Ainulindalë whispers to you 'must wait until you are of sound mind.'
This after only five deaths on the character in a two hour session. Now I understand this is to keep people from killing themselves repeatedly so they delete faster, but for a level 1 who just keeps dying while trying to tp down south (which I tend to do with ALL new characters since tping is a pain at low levels) it makes it rather annoying. And imagine if this happened to a newbie. I think they'd get frustrated and quit playing.
I think this code should be either removed or modified to not be applied to lower-level characters.
Edit: After 15 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to pray. A couple ticks later, I died again, and got the code AGAIN. Screw this, playing a different char for now.
