PowTTY help

I was reading some fight logs of Brolg's online, and maybe I should just ask him, but maybe someone else can help too. He uses a couple things I saw that are very sweet and I'd like to set up my client to do similar things, but after reading the help file am still somewhat confused how it worked.

Here is one for use around doors, gates, etc.:

Sure would make navigating doorways easier especially in a pinch.
