Theer is few items i need to sort out, to make sure they are-are not what they seems to be.

a blackened pendant - just style points or some use for it?
a jade amulet - just style points or some use for it?
oak barrel - from robbers haven - any use for it?

I don't know about the others, but the oak barrel belongs to an elven chieftain quite nearby, go talk to him and see what he has to offer.

Until today I didn't even know that there's a blackened pendant in the game...

If I recall correctly Blackened Pendant loads with the uruks in "open slit" place north of Fangorn. And afaik it is just for roleplaying, no abilities included.
