Recent minor changes (Weapons, Shire)

Hello,
Informing everyone about the following changes:

#1 Weapons
A few weapons currently in disuse have been slightly tuned to make them
somewhat more attractive.

#2 Looping rooms in the Shire
A few rooms in the eastern Shire looped to themselves for no real reason at
all. They do not do that anymore. Thank you Terdamon for pointing this out.
