Handling of "all" objects

When you interact with many objects using "all" or "all.<name>", they will now
be processed in "look" order instead of the reverse, which used to be the case.

As a special case, the "wear <objects>" command will now be smarter (as per my
definition) and attempt to wear useful objects (think weapons) before less
useful ones.

Please use the "idea" command to suggest further improvements!
