For those of you who are still not getting it - not sure how many times it
should be repeated:

It is illegal to threaten or take revenge same-side on somebody for a 
cross-race kill or attack, whether or not the *Enemy* was linkdead, 
linkfrozen, afk or just too slow to move. We will handle such cases as any
cross-race cooperation - that is, with very severe demotions.
