Sulien's ghost

Sulien's ghost is a level ~7-8 mobile found in a ruined village east of Bree. She follows Halamor's ghost around, and will disappear if he is killed. She loads a ring.

She was pretty when she was alive. But that was long ago, to judge by her
garb, cut in a style last seen when a King ruled in Norbury. Now she stands
here quiet in despair, awaiting the sorcerer's orders. A green brooch
glitters below a red line on her throat: why would it, alone among all of
her features, retain colour? As she sees you an expression of mingled
hope and dismay crosses her face even as she grips her long knife more
carefully.
