Smuggler

Smugglers are aggressive, evil level ~10 mobiles, found in various places around Arda, especially common in the areas near Tharbad. They load 15 silver, a weapon, usually a shield and some cloth equipment.

This man looks very skilled at his profession.  His lean body, all dressed in
black, looks strong and lithe.  He looks quite dangerous, and you think he is
on his way either to Tharbad or Bree with some goods, or money from a sale.
