Re: Telling mobiles (in specific: BBT)

There has been some further tweaks to how you tell mobiles.

In particular, if you "tell <n>.<name>" for some number <n>, only those mobiles
that are actually interested in hearing you tells will count towards <n>.

E.g., "1.tom" will essentially always be Tom Bombadil if you are a whitie, and
"2.tom" will essentially never match anything.
