Recent minor changes (black ravens, riders, corpses, Beol, Aldereon, archer's wrist guard)

* The squawks of black ravens now give hints where the combat is occurring.

* Mobiles that ride now assist their mounts when they are attacked.

* Trolls will now find some rotten corpses more filling than they used to be.

* Beol the Ranger now unhides to introduce himself to allies.

* The elven villages in the Tower Hills have recruited additional grey-cloaked
  elven huntsman to guard their lands from evil.

* Fixed an oversight where players could wear multiple archer's wrist guards.
