You can use the info command to send yourself text:

  > info One Ring to rule them all.
  One Ring to rule them all.

You need to duplicate any percent sign % as that has special meaning.

Note that %. can be used to insert a newline:

  > info One Ring to rule them all,%.One Ring to find them.
  One Ring to rule them all,
  One Ring to find them.
