EXAMINE

A command that may give some extra details about your current room, an object or a character.

examine or examine <container> will list all objects separately while look or look in <container> will show a more concise format:

Examples:

  > exa pouch
  In your pouch (worn on belt):
  a wooden pipe
  some sweet-smelling dried mauve petals
  some sweet-smelling dried mauve petals

  > look in pouch
  In your pouch (worn on belt):
  a wooden pipe
  two piles of sweet-smelling dried mauve petals

When examining a character, you may see their equipment. To change the order in which the equipment is listed, use change eqorder.
