', ASK, CHAT, SAY, SPEAK, TALK, WHISPER

If you want to communicate In Character (IC) with other beings you should start your sentences with say, whisper or ask. Only say is heard by everyone in your room, while ask and whisper are only heard by the target individual you are talking to. The outputs of say, whisper, and ask are influenced by the comprehension level of the language that is being used.

Examples:

> `say yes`	say "yes" to the whole room
> `' yes`	apostrophe is a shorter form of `say`
> `ask Maelton You mentioned work?`	only heard by Maelton
> `whisper Olly I know your secret!`	only heard by Olly

Note: Talking to all allied players is better done using narrate.
