TIP

The tip command is like a regular social with a minor twist. You can tip hats, helmets, and weapons to someone. Examples:

> `tip`	tips your head or hat
> `tip hobbit`	tips your head or hat at the hobbit
> `tip sword orc`	tips your sword at the orc
