It is, of course, not illegal to sameside PK others. It is, however,
illegal to abuse game mechanics, which is why it's illegal for Trolls
to do sameside PK in warrens.

I don't know what Grang did wrong (I know nothing about this case);
I'm just clarifying the rules here.
