Q: Why if I have served my jail time was I arrested again?

A: When you are jailed, you are sentenced for the crimes currently known by
   the City's justice. Other crimes that you may have performed might be yet
   unreported and may become reported at the time you are released from jail.
   This can continue until you have served time for all your known crimes.
