Brown fox

Brown foxes are passive level 2 mobiles found in various locations around Arda. Their corpses can be butchered to produce some meat.

This reddish-brown fox is about thirty inches long from head to body, with a
fifteen-inch long white-tipped tail. The animal has a reputation for cunning
and intelligence, as it has well developed senses of sight, smell and
hearing. It is an omnivorous creature, feeding on birds, squirrels, insects,
hares and vegetation; voles appear to be its preferred nourishment.
