Change Spellcasting

From MUME

With this command you can set or show the default speed for your spells. For example: 

>change spellcasting
   _    Default spellcasting mode:
  | |   thoroughly
  | |   carefully
  |~|<- normally
  | |   fast
  | |   quickly
  / \ 
  \_/
>change spellcasting q
Ok.
