Dark wraith

Dark wraiths are aggressive, evil level ~13-14 mobs found in various locations around Arda. They are incorporeal and cannot be bashed. The can cast Lightning Bolt. Most of them load with a common weapon, and will also pick up items from the ground.

The shape seems to shift and coalesce in the murky light, but a vague
humanoid outline can be gleaned. Tattered rags hang from the creature's
body, seeming to almost float about its ethereal body. The only noticeable
feature of this wraith is the gaze of its bloodshot, lidless eyes.
