Editor
From MUME
When you want to write some text in MUME (for example a character description or a bug report or a message on a board), you may have to use the MUME line editor to do it.
The ":" prompt in the editor means that the editor is ready to receive text. You can simply write the text lines here (please do not write lines longer than 79 characters!).
On the ":" prompt you can also enter certain command sequences. For example:
%h Lists all available commands %L Lists the lines of your message with lin %d 2 Deletes line 2 of your message %q Cancels the message and exits the editor %e Saves the message and exits the editor
For information about other commands, please see Editor Commands.
