Experienced smuggler

Experienced smugglers are aggressive, evil level ~11-12 mobiles found in various places across Arda, especially common in the areas near Tharbad. They load 15 silver, a sword and some cloth equipment.

This is probably one of the many criminals that creep out of Tharbad.  He is
dressed in black, from head to toe.  He moves with fluid stealth and dexterity.
He attacks you fast as lightning.
