Horses are rideable level 5 mobiles found in various places around Arda. Unlike most mounts, horses will wander around when not being led or ridden, and may also decide to sit down and rest when they're tired. As such, players would usually be better off choosing a more reliable mount such as a pack horse or mountain mule.
