Mean brigand

Brigands are level ~12-13 mobiles found all over the western parts of Middle Earth, particularly on and near the Old East Road and Greenway. They are not hostile, though some will attempt to steal from you. They are often found sneaking around and will flee when low on health. They load with a piercing weapon and some cloth and/or leather equipment, and will also loot money and valuable items from any corpses they come across.

This tall man stares back at you, waiting for a chance to make his move.
He has long, slender fingers and he seems to be very adept at using them
to relieve you of your valuables. Out of the corner of your eye, you
notice a rather large scar running down his neck, partially hidden by
his clothing.
