GROUP TELL, TELL, TELL GROUP

You can use tell to privately communicate with other players either within the same room or across vast distances.

Examples:

  > tell Bombadil Please help me! I got lost in the Old Forest!
  > tell group I see fresh orc tracks at Ford
  > reply Thank you!

The command tell group is a shortcut to send a message to all players (but not mobiles) that are grouped with you.
tell is not limited by how well you or other players understand the language you are trying to speak.
tell can be sent and received while the player is asleep, and will not reveal them if they're hidden.
