EQ TRANSFERS BETWEEN YOUR CHARACTERS

You are once again reminded that transferring equipment between your own
characters, by WHATEVER means, is ILLEGAL.

I have recently caught more than 25 instances of this behaviour - so it
appears either a lot of players have not bothered to read the rules, or
they are blatantly disregarding them.
