Corpse Decay

The time taken for a player corpse to decay has been increased from thirty minutes to 60 minutes.

Arda has gotten considerably larger in the last 20 years and it was becoming increasingly difficult for players to recover their corpses. Likewise, it has also become easier for tasteless deeds to be done by the Dark Lord's minions.
