Carrying messages

You will now get a message as your "carrying status" changes (as seen by info %F). For example:

  > drop barrel
  You drop a small barrel.
  Your burden is no longer all that heavy.

A carrying field was added to the GMCP Char.Vitals message, corresponding to the above.
