Dales-ponies are level ~7 rideable mobiles. They make the best mounts for dwarves and hobbits. They can be bought from the pet shop just outside Dwaling in the Shire.
A strong and agile dales-pony is standing here. >examine pony At first glance, this animal appears to be exceptionally strong, muscular and spirited. Further examination reveals that its hoofs are broad and large and its eyes are bright and alert. This courageous, intelligent and kind animal runs clean, straight and true - an exceptional mount but for its diminutive size.
