Dwarven dye-maker

The dwarven dye-maker is a level ~11-12 mobile, located in the dwarven mines north of Harlond. He can procure the dye needed for the elven weaver's quest.

Like most of his ilk, this dwarf is short and stout, though he appears to be
a little rounder than most. He is dressed neither for battle or mining, but
instead wears fairly plain yet comfortable clothing. His clothes, apron, and
even his beard are stained with a myriad of different colours.
