Halamor's ghost

Halamor's ghost is a level ~17-18 mobile found in a ruined village east of Bree. He can sneak and cast Lightning Bolt. He is accompanied by Sulien's ghost, who will disappear if he is killed. He loads a rapier and a ring.

The tall, thin ghost wears workaday clothing of an archaic cut. His face
is long and angular, with twirling mustachios.  He seems attentive to all
about him, and the long fingers of his graceful left hand are always in
motion: you are reminded of a sorcerer casting a spell. In his right hand
he holds a rapier. The sickly gleam of the rapier and the red of blood
around the broken arrow protruding from his chest and dripping from the
blade of the rapier are the only spots of colour on this grey and black
figure.
