Ratty moneybag

The ratty moneybag is an item needed for the crippled ranger's quest. It can be revealed on a cliff ledge south of Black Hill, but only by characters who are currently on the quest.

This small leather sack, held closed by a leather tie has seem better days. The
leather has several cuts and tears and any coins put into it would likely drop
out again right away. Parts of the old moneybag are discoloured and mottled as
if it has been lying outdoors for a while.
