A well-travelled hobbit teaches scout skills in the Shire. He can be usually be found wandering around in Hobbiton and the fields nearby.

He is lean and in excellent shape for a Hobbit; his hair-covered feet have
carried him many miles. His eyes look wistfully far away, recounting the many
sights he has seen. The knowledge that he has garnered he seems willing to pass
