CHANGE PAGER, PAGER, PAGING


Syntax:
  change pager simple|mume

The pager is a feature that controls how MUME displays large amounts of text; e.g., view wizlist or help -v help.

The default setting is called simple; it breaks the output into "pages" the size of your screen and gives you a prompt that allows you to move forwards or backwards a page at a time.

You can modify your screen height with the change height command. Using change height 65535 will disable the pager.

Users with clients that support the special mume remote edit protocol (e.g., powwow and powtty) can select the mume option to instruct MUME to send paged text to whatever program you've instructed your client to use.

Note: Powwow users will need to set the POWWOWPAGER environment variable and remember to #init before this feature will work.
