NOSHOUT, NOTELL
Players who abuse their
communication commands (for
example, by narrating dozens of times within a few seconds, or singing
offensive things) can be NO-SHOUTED by the Ainur.
A no-shouted character cannot send or receive global
communications (pray, narrate, and
sing).
Players who abuse the
tell command receive instead a NO-TELL
flag. This prevents them from using tell to
harass other players.
