If you have a magical anchor or "key" to a location, you might take a brief look at that place by casting a scry spell. Your mental intrusion might be noticed by those at that location, however.

If you cast this spell without any anchor, a mental map of your outdoor surroundings will form.

To master this spell, a brilliant mind, deep insight and an iron will are required.
