GET, TAKE

Use get or take to pick things up:

`get apple`
`get all.apple`	takes all apples on the ground
`get all`	takes all objects on the ground
`get all all`	takes all objects from all containers
`get bread sack`	gets a bread from a sack
`get all.bread sack`	gets all breads from the sack
`get sword all.sack`	tries to get one sword from each sack
`get all corpse`	loots everything from a corpse here
`get all 2.corpse`	loots everything from the second corpse here
`get all all.corpse`	loots everything from all the corpses here
`get 2 copper`	money uses <amount> <unit> format

In addition, take off is an alias for remove:

  > take off vambraces

The more you carry, the higher your movement cost becomes.
