ARTEFACTS, ARTIFACTS
Artefacts are usually relics of the glorious First Age when great Elven and
Dwarven craftsmen wrought magnificent works. Many were lost in the breaking of
the world, but some still yet survive. It is rumoured that the great denizens
of the world will reward an adventurer handsomely for the gift of an item which
that person regards as evil.
Those who know the history and the tales of Middle-earth will be able to guess at the location where some of these objects are hidden.
An artefact is unique and may only be owned/rented by one person at a time. The period of ownership is also limited and is counted in real (not game) time. Losing an artefact is never a grounds for reimbursement. NOT EVER! It is merely a privilege to temporarily posses one, however briefly.
