This is a very powerful spell which may be used to make a temporary connection between two locations far removed from each another. It has a limited range and cannot be used within city terrain.

The spell requires an identification of the destination, which you can get by any locate spell.

While the portal is open, anyone can enter portal and get magically transported to the other side.

It takes a brilliant mind to master this spell, and it helps to have an iron will.
