The rules of MUME

The rules of MUME should now be easier to understand and access. Type "RULES"
to see a basic summary of the most important rules. To get more information,
just follow the reference of a given rule (e.g. type "rules com" to see
RULES COMMUNICATION, the rules files regarding communication).

Note: No rules have changed, but now they should be more accessible.

Another note: Not knowing of a rule is no excuse for breaking it. You are
required to have read the rules.
