New colors for missed hits

Thanks to Oisín and Mint, we now have (as of the next reboot) different colors
for missed hit.

Use "cha col miss blue" and "cha col avoid-damage green" to set the new colors
to something.

For those with XML-mode clients, said clients may need updating to handle the
new corresponding XML tags.
