Bashing exits and stuck mobiles

Some mobiles that used to be easy to trap are now smarter and will attempt
to bash doors if they get stuck somewhere. This will affect Beorn, the
Black Númenórean sage's bodyguards, the Great Goblin's bodyguards, and 
some others. Be warned.
