More freedom in your adventures

You now have more freedom while adventuring, as you can continue to gain
experience even if you did not travel enough recently.

In other terms: you will not see the "reduced experience" message anymore
during normal XP sessions, and you can accumulate as much XP as you want before
catching up with the TPs needed to level.

Of course, the XP and TP requirements to level are unchanged, and you are still
prevented from gaining several levels at once as lowbie by hitting an incap
legend.
