Energy Drain Rework

The energy drain spell has been redesigned into a shaman only spell. Characters of the Free Peoples, as well as Black Númenóreans, have had their practices refunded.

Casting energy drain will now start a channeled ability against the target. If the target dies during the channel, the caster will drain some of the energy from their victim to heal their group. Shamans who wish to practice energy drain should venture to the Ancient Broken Road.
