Re: Tharbad changes

An ancient bug that prevented the guards at the northern gate of Tharbad from
attacking invaders is now gone, making them as aggressive to non-citizens as 
the southern gate guards unless you somehow come to an 'arrangement' with 
them (that is, bribe them).
