Communicating with
tell can now be sent and received while
asleep, with no move cost.

Players will now stay in their group after death, allowing the group to see
and communicate with deceased members in-game (using either
where or tell group).

Both changes aim to bring closer parity with MMapper's Group Manager. We
will continue to assess and make enhancements.
